About Tracy

Dr. Tracy Messias was born and raised in New York, always proud of her Jamaican heritage. Dr. Messias has earned four degrees, each with a focus in Christian Counseling, Psychology and Ministry. She has served as a counselor for over 13 years, cultivating a deep passion for helping all people from various races, cultures and ages to find their purpose and live it out healthily.  Dr. Messias’ specializes in restoring the broken and hopeless, believing that the greatest purpose dwells under the layers of the most broken grounds. Her Christian counseling method incorporates Scripture, spiritual discernment and discipline to provide healing. Dr. Messias has experience working with people with mental health conditions, intellectual disabilities, substance abuse, domestic violence, marital challenges, children and youth in the juvenile justice system, correctional services for adults and trauma survivors. She aspires to be set apart in her counseling services, and continue to make an impact through Counseling Inside the Home with Dr. Tracy Lee and Molding Minds Christian Counseling Center.
